Our bulk Chicken Philly Breast Meat can be used frozen or thawed. Product performs best from a partially tawed state. Bulk product can easily prepared on a flat top grill or oven pre-heated to 350 degrees farenhiet.
1. Place bulk onto preheated flat top grill or in a sauté pan for oven cooking.
2. During the cooking process, use a spatula to rotate and turn product until lightly browned. Cook until product has reached an internal temperature 165 degrees farenhiet.
Use caution, do not over-cook.
