Our QuickSteak Chicken Philly Breast Meat cooks best on a flat top grill pre-heated to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
1. Place slacked portion on the grill, no seasoning necessary.
2. Cook on each side until product has reached an internal temperature 165 degrees farenhiet.
3. Chicken can be cooked as whole piece or cut into strips or chunks with the spatula.
Can also be easily prepared in a sauté pan or oven baked. Use caution not to over-cook.
